| Prohibited Actions During the Raising and Honouring of the Flag |

As the same way the respect and honour given to a flag reaches the respective country, the disrespect and disgrace given to a flag is also given to that respective country. That is why any disrespect/disgrace given to a flag is classified as a federal offence and has subsequent consequences according to the law. The procedures for the raising and honouring of the national flag have been properly drafted and placed into effect. The procedures for the raising and honouring of the national flag differ from country to country. Any discrepancies in this procedure are classified as a direct insult to the flag and the respective country. The flag must never be flow upside down.
The flag must never be raised while folded and unfolded at the top of the mast. The flag must rise from bottom to top in the flying (unfolded) stage. |
